Hi, I have got this script and I was told to put it into a local script then put the local script into the Starter Gui. My problem is how do I put it into a local script. (I am fairly new to scripting but i know the basics). Here is the script:

repeat wait() until game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character
script.Parent = game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character

TimeToKill = 30
NoDamageItem = "Name of item here"

Torso = script.Parent.Torso
Humanoid = script.Parent.Humanoid

if script.Parernt:FindFirstChild(NoDamageItem) == nil then
script.Parent.Humanoid.Health = script.Parent.Humanoid.Health -1
end
end
end

You know how to insert a script when in Roblox Studio?

Insert -> Object -> Script

Well simply find the object named LocalScript instead of Script. If you need in-depth help on Roblox Studio, then search it on wiki.roblox.com.

Thank you, I just didn't know how to do local scripts as i have only used normal scripts before now
