Workspace.Part.Ontouch.transparancy=1

What would that look like right?

You need a function and a connection line if you want it to happen when someone does something. onTouch is in the wrong place. You also need to capitalize Transparency (which u also spelled wrong).
I think this is what ur trying to do

function onTouch()

game.Workspace.Part.Transparency = 1
end

Part.Touched:connect(onTouch)

There is one mistake. Instead of Part.Touched it should be script.Parent keeping in mind that this script was placed inside the part. Or you could add Part = script.Parent to the script. Also you can do the novince way. Call the part with workspace (shortcut in ROBLOX for game.Workspace). The final piece of code should look like this:

function onTouch()

game.Workspace.Part.Transparency = 1

end

script.Parent.Touched:connect(onTouch)

-- of course any other part could make the part's transparency change, not just the player
