| Only for websites. I would actually learn brain****, only because it is really fun to say you know it xD Almost no one does =P
Though, SQL is always useful if you want a major paying job using programming languages. Also, C++ is needed for code architecture (spelling?), which would support a mid-sized family in the future. Depends on how far you want to go. Though, Java is amazing for OOP, and JavaScript is kinda always needed in some form of a website. |

| I was going to attempt to create a First Person Shooter with a couple of my friends, nothing too special. I believe that C++ would be needed for that. | |

| It's C -> C++ -> C#, not C+ -> C++ -> C# |

| Only 6 votes! That doesn't look like a good poll until a little more people vote (if they know about C or Java). | |

C+ is one of the options because it came afer C and before C++. You probably haven't heard of it because it crashed from its weak syntax. It only lasted a few months in the "REAL WORLD of Computer Programming" My dad told me about it when I asked him about that last year. | |
