Uncrackable code door

With 10 minutes I turned the ordinary free model code door into a pretty decent security system. With 30 minutes I turned it into something I might use if I ever need it. With an hour and 30 minutes, I turned it into a hackers nightmare.

I just found a way to make it impossible to crack into a code door, but I can't figure out how to make it work. I'm not very good with string functions.

if you code is number based then:

digits = 4
pass = "unknown"
for i = 1, 9999 do
if i == pass then
print 'cracked the code! >:)'
end
end
